Lyndsey Oates has built an impressive legacy as head coach at Northern Colorado, transforming the program into a consistent Big Sky power with 13 conference titles and seven NCAA Tournament appearances. A Big Sky Coach of the Year multiple times, she’s known for developing All-Conference players, leading academic excellence and cultivating a winning culture both on campus and overseas with international tours.
